Animation Creation

Have started to try to plug my legitimate data into some sort of animation scheme, because I thought it was counter-productive to fool around with animations anymore, because I think I have a good basic understanding of how to do them.

Here is my animation from Wednesday.

Here are the beginnings of an animation with accurate data.

Thoughts on Breeze...
-The only thing I like about it is the file sharing and desktop sharing. I'm really not a fan of how the vocal communication works. Maybe it would be beneficial to speak through Skype while doing things through Breeze, too?

I really like your animation with the purple stuff growing out of the ground. I think it would be really effective to see that sort of thing happening and the bouncing balls simultaneously.

how does AIDS affect human resources? it might be an interesting way to move away from tracing, an issue that i'm dealing with as well.

I like how the animation carries through this idea of "infection", the ball implanting itself into the surface, therefore redefining its typology. I'd like to see many of these going at one time as a mass infection

Maybe the countries that AIDS has infected can be mapped as a population density. That is, ignore the land mass of a country and give physicality to where these densities of people are located. Then you could map the spread to and from these densities, and they could grow/shrink/deform to reflect the change over time. Say you could pinpoint the location where AIDS began (not sure if this is documented). You could give this information a shape such as a metaball...show how it grows...and then show how it morphs/translates to other locations.
